PHYSICAL EDUCATION Park Shore’s newly enhanced Physical Fitness Program is second to none. Healthy bodies are as important as healthy minds. A child’s physical development through sports, movement, aerobics, and exercise helps to enhance their total growth. Our Gym Program provides skill-building, developmental independence and confidence for a variety of sports that they will engage in throughout their school education. Physical development, camaraderie, fun and learning are the core of our Physical Education Program at Park Shore.
